This policy explains what information Wrench Time Consultants LLC ("Wrench Time," "we," or "us") collects when you use our websites, including auditmyshop.info and wrenchtimeconsultants.com, and what we do with it.
Information you give us
When you request a marketing audit or contact us, you may provide your business name, location, contact name, phone number, email address, and details about the services your business offers. You provide this voluntarily, and you can decline — though we may not be able to produce a report without it.
Live chat and text messages
Our website uses a live chat widget. When you start a chat you may give us your name, phone number, and email address so we can reply. The chat widget is operated on our behalf by LeadConnector, and messages you send through it are processed on their systems so that we can receive and answer them.
If you give us your phone number in the chat and check the consent box, you are agreeing to let us text or call that number, including by automated means. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can reply STOP at any time to stop the messages, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, and are not sold, rented, or disclosed for anyone else's marketing. The only sharing is with the subcontractors that operate the messaging and support systems for us, and only so those systems can deliver your messages.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our sites, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- IP address and general geographic location
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages viewed, time on page, and the site or advertisement that referred you
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
The audit tool
Important: the audit tool on our site is embedded from a third-party provider and runs on their systems, not ours. Information you type into that tool is transmitted to and processed by that provider under their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
We receive the resulting report and any contact details you choose to share with us. If you would rather not have your information handled by a third party, do not submit it through the tool — contact us directly instead.
Advertising and analytics
We use advertising and analytics tools that may place cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. These help us understand which advertisements bring people to our site and how visitors use it. Depending on which tools are active, this may include services operated by Meta, Google, or similar advertising platforms.

They receive only what they need to perform their function. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Text messaging opt-in data and phone numbers are excluded from all of this sharing. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and is never provided to advertising or analytics platforms.
Business contact information
Some of our outreach uses publicly listed business contact information, such as a shop's published phone number or business address. If you would prefer we not contact your business, tell us and we will record that request.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

Our services are directed at business owners and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our sites after an update means you accept the revised policy.
